Route Info
The cycle will start on the 7th December 2009 in Tangiers, Morocco. The core team cyclists will then travel over more than 15,000km’s through 17 different countries - Morocco (Western Sahara), Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, DRC, Angola, Namibia and arriving in Cape Town, South Africa on the 10th June in time for the start of the World Cup.

The cyclists will be supported by an 18 seater scania truck and personnel provided by ACTS (African Christian Tour and Safari’s).
Cycle Legs
For those of you who are not able to do the whole cycle there is also the opportunity to participate in one of the nine different legs where you join the core group as they make their way down Africa. The legs vary in length from 8 days to an epic 20 days.
